How we collect reviews

Anyone can leave a review using our review form, without creating an account. Customers sometimes send us their thoughts by email; we only publish those with their permission.

How we check reviews

Every review is read by us before it appears. We publish genuine reviews whether they are positive or negative, and we never reject a review because of its rating. We only remove reviews that are spam, fake, abusive, include personal information, or are not about the product.

We don't currently check reviews against orders, so we don't label any review as a verified purchase.

Connections and gifts

If a reviewer received an item as a gift, at a discount, or has a personal connection to RippleNorth such as family or friends, we show this next to their review.

Ratings

Star ratings and review counts are calculated only from the published reviews on our website.

Your details

We show your name, rating, review and, only if you agree, your photo. Your email address is stored securely, never shown publicly and only used if we need to contact you about your review. To change or remove your review, email ripplenorthuk@gmail.com.
